RC-Steering Axle Control  for RC-Truck-Trailers (1 or 2 steerable axles)

The trailer deflection to the tractor engine is measured with a potentiometer.
With this deflection one or two servos (individually configured) are controlled for steering one or two steering axles (groups).
There is a dead range for the poti (there is an output for a signalisation lamp). The poti can be deactivated.
Additionally, the servos can be controlled with the RC-transmitter (mixing functionality).
In summary, this RC-Steering Axle Control is a small electronic board for steering a model truck trailer with several functions, all individual configurable.

This electronic module has the following properties:

Also as accessory for the RC-Steering Axle Control there are cable sets incl. electronical poti available, that detects the centric rotation of a magnet over a sensor- without contact.

A distance of a few millimeters from the sensor is possible, it depends on the size of the magnet. The magnet can be bonded or placed on a ferrous surface (e.g. a screw head). 

The RC steering axle control can also be connected to the steerable king pin with potentiometer from Pistenking. As accessory a  connection adapter is available for this to the RC steering axle control.

RC-Pressure Controller

Air pressure controller for RC-function models (e.g.  airsuspension, brakes, interlocks, etc.).
The RC-air pressure controller runs the air pump until the targe value is reached. The actual value is measured by a pressure sensor, and the target value is adjusted with a poti.
When the air pressure falls under the target value (incl. hysteresis) the air pump starts again.
If the pressure rises over the target value (incl. hysteresis), the mangetic valve opens and the air flows out until the target value is reached.
Optionally a RC-receiver can be connected for controlling the air pressure with the RC-transmitter from  0 bar to the target value adjusted with the poti.
It is possible to use the delivered components (air pump, magnetic valve 3.3V) or other components (max. 1000 mbar).

RC-Motor-Controller

It includes a switch-off function in case of motor blockage (e.g. for spindles without limit switches).
For this, the automatic blocking detection can be enabled
or the blocking current can be teached in
or the blocking detection can be disabled.

This RC motor controller has the following features:  

• HV-capable (up to 13V ! ) 
  
• wide voltage range from drive battery (4.5V to 17V)
• without BEC
  
• motor-specific start-up behaviour (is measured when switching on)
• motor brake at stop position

RC-Hydraulicpump-Signalmixer

This  signalmixer compares to RC-signals (synchronous or asynchronous) and forwards the "bigger"/ "smaller" to the signal output.
This RC-Signalmixer is designed for connect to servonaut BMA-moduls to one motor controller for the hydraulic pump. The Hydraulic pump switchs off only when the modules switchs off both of them.

This electronic module has the following properties:

• HV-conform (up to 16V ! )
• Process 2 input signals to one output signal (for motor controller)
• Selectable priority ("bigger" or "smaller" input signal) for other applications
  
• Suitable for self-learning motor controller
• Motor controller with BEC are usable too

Servo-Standby-Modul

Switches the servo off after the servo position is reached. As soon as a new servo signal is present, the servo starts again.
Function (for analogue und digital servos):

• Reduction of servo current consumption
• Reduction of servo noise 
  
• Servo pulse doubling (more servo power)
  

The servo-standby-module is connected between receiver and servo.
If the servo position does not change within the adjustable delay time, the servo is driven less/ no longer and reduces the current/ noise (holding force of the servo becomes weaker ! ).
With a new servo signal, the servo is controlled normally again; then the delay time starts again.
The module can also be used to double the pulse frequency for more servo power in normal operation; in this mode normal pulses are present AFTER the delay time.

ATTENTION: Function can not be guaranteed for all servos!

RC-Switch

Electronic module for switching an electric device on/ off.
The switching position is adjustable with a poti.

Location Beeper

An emergency landing in the cornfield? An off-field landing behind bushes?
No problem ... but I can't find the model plane?

With a loud interval beeping sound this Location Beeper helps you to find your model plane.
The beep starts when the RC-transmitter is switched out (the RC-receiver does not send impulses again, i.e. without failsafe).
Additionally there can be defined a switching point for starting the beeping sound with the RC-transmitter (mode for failsafe-receiver).

RC-Flashing Lights

These electronic modules generate flashing patterns of warning lights.
There are blinking and flashing light patterns, with one or two LEDs, alternating blinking/ flashing available.
It is possible to solder additional LEDs (or other lamps).

The flashing light is switched on by RC-transmitter, the switching point is adjusted with a poti.
If the poti position is on the final position, the flashing light is always on, i.e. if it is supplied, it starts to flash and does not need a RC-transmitter.
